Payment
Payment must be made to Go Driving, LLC prior to commencement of any instruction. Payments are taken
at the start of lessons and given to the instructor. Go Driving, LLC accepts cash, checks, money orders,
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. If paying by credit card, the person named on the card
must present it in person, provide valid identification, and sign for all and any occurred charges. Go Driving
charges a $35 fee for returned checks.
Refunds
In the event that Go Driving, LLC is unable or willing to provide agreed upon services outlined in the signed
contract within a reasonable period, student will be issued a refund for paid instruction periods/sessions
not yet provided.
Cancellations
Cancellations of the Behind-the-Wheel instruction course program must be made at least 48 hours prior to
the course start date and time to receive a full refund. Go Driving will assess a $25 cancellation fee for
cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the course start.
Missed/Unattended Scheduled Instruction
Go Driving assesses a $25 fee for missed or unattended scheduled instruction periods/sessions. To
avoid assessment of missed/unattended sessions, the student or parent/legal guardian must give a 24
hour notice to Go Driving.
Rescheduling
The student or parent/legal guardian may reschedule prior to start of session with at least 24 hours in
advance to avoid a missed assessment fee of $25. Go Driving may waive this fee for emergency or
extenuating circumstances.
